And let us also take a moment to observe the name of the town, Ogallala. Wow, maybe the town founders were at a bar a bit too late and someone said oodalali and someone else then said, "That's it! We are naming this town Ogallala! Oodalali for Ogallala!" Thank you for the awesome side adventure.

-As a side note, Ben and I did learn on our architecture boat tour that Chicago was named by a bunch of drunk men at a bar saying Indian word wrong. Who knew?!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06001346407990942755noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7565469030539917833.post-62556242601980049942015-08-17T18:13:37.124-07:002015-08-17T18:13:37.124-07:00You should know how hard it was for me to give up ...You should know how hard it was for me to give up those Harry S. Truman trading cards. I hope you enjoy them. It was not hard giving up those old business cards, I have tons of them. The petrified wood gallery was awesome! However, when we went in, we told the old ladies, "we have to get to Mitchell, South Dakota tonight, so we only have a few minutes to look around, which part is the coolest?" and we went off on our own. I thought the music boxes really WERE cool! I wish we had met the old man who carved them! Sorry you got stuck in a museum tour all day. You might need to work on being more rude in the future. I feel so bad for LeAnne in this adventure. She almost lost her livelihood, and yet you still wouldn't go to the Ronald Regan museum!? LeAnne, I will go with you! I'd love to see that museum! Maybe I could get some Regan trading cards to replace my Truman cards! Also, I would like to see pictures of LeAnne's house and all its character. I would rate this blog post an A for excitement, a C for information about Ronald Regan, and a B for photo ops. Also, an A for grammar and spelling.Laura Eleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13196897377743192814noreply@blogger.com
